Lake Travis marinas (Point Venture is #15)

These satellite photos of Point Venture are a few years old!  The Point Venture boat launch is right there in this cove.

Point Venture offers wonderful amenities for homeowners


The Pier Restaurant (formerly Shades Restaurant) is located in the marina and it attracts catfish and carp up to 40 pounds, begging for scraps of food.

Zipping around the lake to other restaurant venues is fun as well.  But please be warned!  Texas law enforcement does not tolerate ANY drinking and driving on boats.

2 boat ramps are available in the Point Venture community park.  The third photo (far side of the picture) is the deep water cement boat ramp.
